(NIC-8) Newborn Resuscitation in Low Resource Settings
Through presentations and an interactive panel discussion, participants will learn about trials in India and Indonesia demonstrating feasible and effective approaches to providing resuscitation to newborns in home settings. The session will conclude with a recent global evaluation of simple newborn resuscitation devices for community and facility settings, and will demonstrate newborn resuscitators that are available in Asia and the Near East.
